The scientific laboratory "Interdisciplinary research and education on technical and economic problems of the energy transition", established at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, is implementing a mega-grant "Technological challenges and socio-economic transformation in the context of energy transitions" (Agreement No. 075-15-2022- 1136 dated 07/01/2022).
The head of the laboratory is the director of the Graduate School of Business Engineering, Doctor of Economics, prof. Igor Vasilievich Ilyin.
Research under the mega-grant is being implemented under the leadership of the leading scientist Tessaleno Campos DEVEZAS (University of the Atlantic, Portugal).
The main goal of scientific research for the entire period of the mega-grant is to create systemic tools (information technology, management, infrastructure and mathematical methods and models) for monitoring and analyzing the processes of technological and socio-economic transformation in the context of energy transitions.
