Laboratory staff visit universities in China

The laboratory representatives initiated such a multilateral seminar with colleagues from China to exchange research experience, discuss each other's results and establish professional communications in education and research.
During the visit constructive agreements were reached: possibilities of exchange of students were discussed, topics of joint articles in the field of energy sector data processing were proposed, and a decision was made to jointly publish the monograph ‘Digital Systems and Information Technologies in the Energy Sector’ in Springer publishing house.
I.V. Ilyin: ‘The pace of China's development in all sectors is impressive. It is important for us to develop research and educational co-operation with Chinese universities. Colleagues from three different universities have shown their openness to co-operation with us. I can say that the trip brought quite concrete results - we have agreed to publish a joint monograph on energy transition and digital transformation, which will include, among other things, the results of our laboratory's research under the megagrant programme.’
